Chef Paul studied Culinary Arts at Columbus State Community College while apprenticing at The Refectory Restaurant. Since 1985 he has worked in many of Columbus’s finest kitchens, including Rigsby’s and Barcelona Restaurant. He and his wife, Hae Ran, also owned and operated Haepauls Korean American Kitchen downtown. He is excited to bring his hands on, scratch cooking approach to The Osteria at Camelot Cellars!
